2. Scope of Services
Speedy Go Express provides local shipment and parcel delivery services within the UAE and internationally, depending on the countries available in the app.
Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the sending and receiving location and the type of shipment.
The company reserves the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with its policies or applicable laws.
3. Terms of Use
Users must be 18 years of age or older.
The user is obligated to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or creating a shipping request.
The user bears full responsibility for any false or misleading information provided.
4. Prohibited and Restricted Shipments
The following shipments are prohibited via Speedy Go Express:
Materials that violate the laws of the UAE or the laws of the receiving country.
Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials.
Weapons, ammunition, and narcotics of all kinds.
Currency, jewelry, or valuables without prior authorization.
The company reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items without notifying the user.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
Shipping costs are determined based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.
All prices displayed within the app are in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods may include: electronic payment cards, digital wallets, or any other method specified by the app.
Payments are non-refundable once the order has been processed, except in cases determined by the company.
6. Delivery and Delays
Speedy Go Express makes every effort to adhere to the agreed delivery dates.
The company is not responsible for any delays caused by:

7. Liability and Compensation

The user is obligated to compensate the company for any losses resulting from a breach of these terms.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
The user may cancel the order before receiving the shipment from the delivery person.
After receiving the shipment, cancellation is only possible according to the refund policy approved within the application.

Speedy Go Express is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the approved privacy policy.
Data is used solely for the purpose of providing delivery services and improving service quality.
